What does verification mean?

The blue badge next to an account name means the AKAFI team reviewed and checked the organisation's details and official documents, such as its commercial registration or the authorised person's ID.

How do I verify my account?

• Verification is free.
• Open Account verification in your account, fill in the details, upload the documents asked for and submit.
• Applying needs a minimum number of active listings in your account, except for exempt account types.

When is verification removed?

When the commercial registration given in the application expires, or if the details turn out to be wrong. You can update your details and apply again at any time.

Verification confirms who the organisation is; it does not mean AKAFI guarantees every offer or deal. Always deal with care.
